TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

1)      The Company retain full right of ownership for all goods until payment is received.

2)      Damages & shortages must be notified to the depot within 24hrs.

3)      Payment terms are cash on delivery (C.O.D) unless otherwise agreed.

4)      Account terms are strictly 30 days.

5)      Cheques must be made payable to Tudor Chips Ltd.

6)      The right is reserved to alter prices or packaging without notice.

7)      A stop list will be operated if accounts are not settled within the agreed terms.

8)      Items marked with an asterix are subject to VAT at the current rate.

9)      Minimum Order is £50.00.

10)  It is important that products are placed immediately in the correct storage .

 

11) We reserve the right to substitute products for similar products in the event of the lsted items being unavailable.

 

 

Store all chilled products between 0 & 3 degrees Celsius

Store all Frozen products between -18 & - 22 degrees Celsius.
